Closing day has finally arrived on the sale of our home. Congratulations to the Berry family!
Deals are pending
So we have a contract on our Newport house contingent on the sell of their home in Pasadena. We have a closing date for 6/24 but I’m hoping it’s sooner so we can start our building process. This is all scarey and very exciting at the same time.
And so it begins
We finally received the survey from the original sale of the land to my dad from the title company. We are very excited not to have to pay for another one but more so because we can move forward with the loan process and engineering. Deuce was sent the survey and he submitted them to the engineering firm for a plot and site plan so we can get permits for the septic system.
