Its exactly 3 acres just around the corner from my dads place. We love the 10 oak trees on the property and all the shade they offer. This satellite image was from a few years ago and we have since cleared a lot of trees, torn down the old trailer house and graded the place for better drainage. I will have a drone image soon when my buddy has time to take it for me.

I have always wanted a pond of my own. I met with the guy who did the land work months ago to get an estimate. I thought I had to wait for the process of the house to get the thing started but then I called and he had the time and I had the money so we got started. It took about 5 days but they did a wonderful job. The dirt that was taken out was used to build up the pad site for the house and topsoil was placed around the 3 acres to help with drainage.

We have picked Erbauer as our builder. I grew up with Deuce and I feel very good about him and Buffy building my dream home. Buffy is so very creative and has an eye for decor and I do not. We did the research and checked the references and I think we are blessed to have signed with these two great people. Oh and our daughters are very good friends as well.
